Mental Health Diagnosis of Human Rights page blocked by Western Toronto Hospital in which doctor Timothy Josephson issued a form #42 without ever talking to me in the waiting room
to cover up law enforcement crimes against humanity. In the form he placed a check mark near the text Shown or are showing a lack of competence to care for yourself.

This is the bogus form that was issued on the 20/02/2016.
when my son after I met him in the park and told him what happened came back with police, who handcuffed me and brought me to the Western Hospital ER, son who is kept completely in the dark about what has been done to me and misled and used. So that is how Law enforcement in Canada in Toronto covered up severe abuse to cause clinic depression and mental illness without a person having a mental illness and to cover up and hide their crime. The Doctor who issued the form gave it to me in the waiting room without talking to me, his student assistant completed his evaluation prior to that on his own while I said that I will not answer any questions without a lawyer, he told me and my son after a short conversation that they have to let me go, there is no concern, after that, they issued this form and told me they will have to keep me overnight.
How many forms like that were issued, this happened before, yesterday when I was sorting my papers I saw this form, the trick is they gave anither form first where they checked cause serious bodily harm to herself and then unchecked it and brought a second form saying doctor made a mistake, so without ever talking me, after talking for a very long time with my son who was not with me for three years and doesnt have any idea about what law enforcement has been done been told them what I told him and they issued this form and covered themselves up and severe abuse and severe torture and assaults and all of it by this bogus form and I saw that second line completely by accident yesterday in this second form where they brought my attention to the check mark but the very important second line about this Doctor CONclusion I didnt see, so I am just amazed at the level to which the "law" enforcement actually stopped to cover themselves up and hiw deeply corrupted the whole system is, what kind of diagnosis you may get to get away with murder, you imagine they literally are trying to murder me after 3 years of this inhumane daily treatment and they already got a cover that it is me who caused it lol. You know how they achieve false evidence for " show a luck if competence to care for yourself" they keep and bring my attention all day to sounds forcefully to keep me cognitively impaired, when I was trying to figure put how to unlock the lock at every turn they destructed me and then after a while they made a certain sound as if they helped and my attention is brought away from destructive sounds they keep me impaired to this loud sound " their help" cause I couldnt do it kn my phone, they do the same thing when I was sewing on every needle move, at all I do, deceptive state, crimes against humanity.
And law enforcement continues planting false evidence non stop just like they did for three years about it while severely physically abusing and assaulting me daily and trying to frighten so I wouldnt speak up about their crime.

It includes daily for 4 years severe torture by loud sounds, emotional and mental abuse of me and my son, physical assaults, head shaking in attempt to cause brain damage, concussions, attempt to plant a mental label which is coupled with efforts to cause clinical depression that will lead to mental illness, severe torture day after day causing stroke symptoms, heart failure symptoms, life threatening damage to my heart, overall health and Crohns complications, severe sexual harassment, sexual abuse and sexual assaults, also lies to mud my name while planting false evidence, cooking witnesses and covering themselves up and intentional attempt to cause mental illness and put a label on me to cover up these dispicable things. I raise awareness to these outrageous things theyve done in order to make a difference in all people lives and protect them from happening to others.

What Canadian Law Enforcement who are pro CONservative has done to me and continue doing

I have been severely physically tortured 4 years everyday by loud sounds which caused inhumane suffering and heart damage, they continue keeping me in heart attack and stroke state daily by doing so, loud sounds cause heart race and blood rush to the head and instant headaches and instant now after 4 years heart attack and stroke symptoms and I have all heart failure symptoms, they continue torture even more during what looks like heart attack episode and stroke episode, which can cause death. I have been physically assaulted, beaten, burned, poisoned with chemical gas and tobacco smoke, frozen, severely emotionally and mentally abused and severely sexually harassed, given concussions, my head been shaken to cause brain damage, they intentionally trying to cause clinical depression by torturing when I smile or laugh or look happy right away, have kept me cognitively impaired by destructing with sounds to keep me under their control at all time, subjected to comments to brainwash me to end my life, continuesly plant false evidence that I am mentally ill and do everything they can to make me mentally ill, abused my son mentally and tortured with loud sounds, isolated me from people intentionally, from my son too, who they want to use to plant a mental label on me, while keeping him completely in the dark about what they have done to me all this time, so he wouldn't know and would cooperate with them, have done all of this while they have planted false evidence and cooked witnesses all this time on my phone and in real life, using people who they don't tell the truth to help them do that.

Fake typos in my posts and on this blog are caused by the bonet by law enforcement, which controls my phone, sorry for the confusion it may cause to read the posts, they do everything they can to prevent me from telling about their crime.Fake typos in my posts appear after I proofread them, my phone is controlled by bonet by law enforcement, these fake typos are a false evidence planted by them against me and to make me sound like I dont make sense and to confuse the reader, I check every word before I save my posts, as well as to make fun of very serious and important things that I write about, to demean importance of things like human rights abuses, crimes against humanity, non violance, making smarter gun laws to save lives and tragedies I mention to send my thoughts and prayers, I will continue writing about all that I care about and all that I think is important as well as their crimes and human rights abuses regardless of their attempt to dismiss them and demean me in my attempt to write about all of that.

Please realize this blog is being used by law enforcement here in Canada who are very pro CONservative to cause harm to American government and American President, by compromising them, they want by compromising me and severely abusing me every way possible to hurt United States of America, they are on a power trip of their lives. They also want to make American President and American government to be responsible for this severe human rights abuse, this blog is used by them to plant false evidence with that goal in mind.
