Tortured to food obstruction, I went to ER, under false pretences transfered to another hospital, tortured with non stop loud yelling, that raised my blood pressure, sexually assaulted, brought up doctor that issued bogus misdiagnosis dismissing everything law enforcement done to me, detained me by force in this Grand River Hospital, without the right to leave, forcing to take medication, never had symptoms listed in the pamhlet about this medication. Continue cognitively impair in the hospital to make a false impression I am not thinking clearly, continue torture, continue planting false evidence non stop of mental disorder, at all times interrupt my speech to cause me to stumble, doctor refused to read facts and evidence, hearing board confirmed his misdiagnosis without reading evidence and facts, lawyer that asked me to write what happened to me, when it happened to me, who has done that didnt come to pick up all ive written and didnt read that before hearing. Doctor refused to read that twice, this doctor was asked to see me after police chief that i wrote to had a meeting about me, so not only previously police covered up what was being done to me, they set me up now, there are people here that help law enforcement to continue sexual harassment in the hospital at all times, the whole team like before with others is engaged also, everything that was done to me dismissed and covered up by this diagnosis without anyone reading the facts and evidence. Refused to let me send the fax to the Hearing Board, at all times destructing from writing to independent investigative organisation to investigate police misconduct and what they did to me, hoping to get away now with everything theyve done with this misdiagnosis, so 4 years quest to aggresively make me appear mentally ill to cover up their crimes came to frutition here in Kitchener

Before issuing bogus misdiagnosis doctor Al-Battran asked me two questions when I immigrated to Canada and when I divorced my ex, 1 minute conversation, after that came back with detained to stay by force and fake diagnosis, after I said I will not take medication for something I dont have, issued paper that I am incapable to decide on my treatment and somebody else will be deciding that to me, treatened if my son wont sign paper to decide they will appoint someoneelse to do that, son doesnt know anything about what happened to me at all! Locked up my smartphone, can use for a short time with someone to be present in the room, have to give it back now, have no permission to leave the hospital, have a lot of heart pain all the time, cant help myself now, not being helped for heart pain, head was shaken here same way as they shook it in motel, had concussion symptoms, med personal told to shake my bed more then once, which shakes my head, have head pain that doesnt go away and stroke symptoms asked for aspirin to prevent blood clotting didnt give it to me, since shaking have head pain that wont go away, someone did that before my son signed the papers, also someone for a long time screamed near me causing vegetative like state symptoms, have heart pain not going away since, also done this before my son came to see me, manipulated him this way, mental abuse also continues, use everything theyve done to me as a trigger expecting contemplating reaction to that.
