These words make me think about all people who dedicated their lives to make other people lives better, about Martin Luther King Junior, about Nelson Mandella, I believe in nonviolence, dedicating my life to making other people lives better resonates with me and so are the words " Whose duty is to help them?", even if we are a little drop in the ocean we can contribute to making our world a better place for everyone to live in.

11:00 pm hammer banned again and the ban was so violent it shook my head because I was sitting and layed my head on the left wall, they saw that on camera they monitor me with, the ban was so violent that it shook my head giving an instant headache and a lot of heart pain and shortness of breath, law enforcement informants continue torture and abuse me, this happened right after I saved this post, law enforcement right away planted fake typos p s g during me writing this comment to redirects negative feeling on others, thats the trick they always use to try to turn me against other by diverting negative feelings from them and suffering they caused, to redirect it at p stands for President, American President, I have been his supporter for many years, s stands for my son, g name of the man Ive known a businessman from Lebanon.

12:58 am still feeling very ill from the head shake, they started banning very loudly again after I closed the window they were torturing with loud non stop exhaust, banning started after I closed the window, having a very bad headache now that gotten worse and a lot of heart pain with shortness of breath.

If I only could I would do everything possible to stop every existing armed conflict and every war.

Planted "um" typo and highlighted the word "mental" before i was about to send this email to rescue.org to make it look as if i emailed because i was insulted, this is how bipolar false evidence gets planted by Canadian law enforcement.

brought my attention to words -fallen angel ( banned once before even i typed to what they brought my attention to! C?)
I wrote in my memo:"i didnt fall, and i am not an angel, i am a human being like everyone else, u made an effort to drag me down, i am no more fallen angel as women from british columbia class suit that u raped, abused and assaulted and insulted and bullied or than any other woman, u dispicable men."

Few minutes later I wrote this:

If I speak they will torture, when I tried to save this and email to my email addy prevented me from doing that, prevented from adding explanation about the threat "c" typo they planted.

This blog is a diary of abuse of the human rights and a crime, it is happening to me, done by law enforcement in Canada, where I and my son live and I have made a decision to speak up about it to stand up for what is right so that these atrocious things have never ever happen to any other human being. It includes daily for 4 years severe torture by loud sounds, emotional and mental abuse of me and my son, physical assaults, head shaking in attempt to cause brain damage, concussions, attempt to plant a mental label which is coupled with efforts to cause clinical depression that will lead to mental illness, severe torture day after day causing stroke symptoms, heart failure symptoms, life threatening damage to my heart, overall health and Crohns complications, severe sexual harassment, sexual abuse and sexual assaults, also lies to mud my name while planting false evidence, cooking witnesses and covering themselves up and intentional attempt to cause mental illness and put a label on me to cover up these dispicable things. I raise awareness to these outrageous things theyve done in order to make a difference in all people lives and protect them from happening to others.

What Canadian Law Enforcement who are pro CONservative has done to me and continue doing

I have been severely physically tortured 4 years everyday by loud sounds which caused inhumane suffering and heart damage, they continue keeping me in heart attack and stroke state daily by doing so, loud sounds cause heart race and blood rush to the head and instant headaches and instant now after 4 years heart attack and stroke symptoms and I have all heart failure symptoms, they continue torture even more during what looks like heart attack episode and stroke episode, which can cause death. I have been physically assaulted, beaten, burned, poisoned with chemical gas and tobacco smoke, frozen, severely emotionally and mentally abused and severely sexually harassed, given concussions, my head been shaken to cause brain damage, they intentionally trying to cause clinical depression by torturing when I smile or laugh or look happy right away, have kept me cognitively impaired by destructing with sounds to keep me under their control at all time, subjected to comments to brainwash me to end my life, continuesly plant false evidence that I am mentally ill and do everything they can to make me mentally ill, abused my son mentally and tortured with loud sounds, isolated me from people intentionally, from my son too, who they want to use to plant a mental label on me, while keeping him completely in the dark about what they have done to me all this time, so he wouldn't know and would cooperate with them, have done all of this while they have planted false evidence and cooked witnesses all this time on my phone and in real life, using people who they don't tell the truth to help them do that.

Fake typos in my posts and on this blog are caused by the bonet by law enforcement, which controls my phone, sorry for the confusion it may cause to read the posts, they do everything they can to prevent me from telling about their crime.Fake typos in my posts appear after I proofread them, my phone is controlled by bonet by law enforcement, these fake typos are a false evidence planted by them against me and to make me sound like I dont make sense and to confuse the reader, I check every word before I save my posts, as well as to make fun of very serious and important things that I write about, to demean importance of things like human rights abuses, crimes against humanity, non violance, making smarter gun laws to save lives and tragedies I mention to send my thoughts and prayers, I will continue writing about all that I care about and all that I think is important as well as their crimes and human rights abuses regardless of their attempt to dismiss them and demean me in my attempt to write about all of that.

Please realize this blog is being used by law enforcement here in Canada who are very pro CONservative to cause harm to American government and American President, by compromising them, they want by compromising me and severely abusing me every way possible to hurt United States of America, they are on a power trip of their lives. They also want to make American President and American government to be responsible for this severe human rights abuse, this blog is used by them to plant false evidence with that goal in mind.
