This law enforcement task is to break me psychogically, so destroying my self esteem and self confidence is used to bring down and destroy me as a human being and physical abuse to destroy my health and kill and mental abuse and head shaking to destroy my brain and capacity to think, sexual harassment and abuse to make angry and to devalue as a woman and its non stop 24/7 abuse and control of everything I do to make sure it fits their agenda. And so do not ever base your confidence on opinion of people you dont respect and who dont give you or anyone they need to destroy respect all people deserve, because if you would, you will be used to destroy yourself. Base your self esteem and confidence on what you do and what you believe in and stand for and for support talk to those who love you and care about you and to people you respect and whose opinion matters to you, listen to constructive criticism and take everyday as an opportunity to improve yourself and become better, also learn from your mistakes and forgive yourself, be kind to yourself and others. It is very important to know that there are people like these that will do everything possible to make you stop believing in yourself not because you are a bad person but because they want you to think you are and to become a bad person, these people do this to make themselves look better and so dont take to heart such people manipulative ways, it doesnt matter, none of what anyone who wishes harm to others and cause harm to others think of you matter, we dont base our opinion of ourselves on people who dont value at all other people lives and who completely disregard other people rights, it is very important to know how organisation like that uses self esteem and self confidence to break someones spirit and destroy a human being in everyway, to make a person believe they are not worth love, respect, that is why do not ever build your self esteem on anything but your own belief in your self and do good and be kind and treat others differently than anyone who disregards other people, treat people with respect and think of people that they are special, I believe that everyone is special, I love people, hate multiplies hate and so does anger, anger destroys lives, our own lives and other people lives, love multiplies love and so does kindness, we really should learn to live with each other as brothers and sisters do and not let the forces of evil to destroy and divide the world, we should believe in ourselves and our ability to build peace. Anyone who pride themselves in killing innocent people, abusing severely women, disable, old people and children must never be in a position to dictate the world whats right and whats wrong, who is good and who is not, as they do not value any human being life and flex their endless power superiority muscle on cowardly hiding and harming those who are helpless and defensless. Just like nazi did. Why would anyone ever value opinion of such evil.

Every word I wrote here they tried to effect and control, every thought I wrote here they tried to effect and control by jerking page, moving it, freezing, preventing me from seeing what I type, stoping from writing when they wanted to interupt and control and effect and take out of context and influence and this is done by law enforcement in a democratic society in secret and under cover as well as this crime in secret and all covered up, false evidence planted at all times, witnesses cooked at all times and real evidence got rid off, I spoke out against their crimes thats why they do this to me, I wrote about disrimination, fraud and treating poor people badly in a store whose owner donated to conservative party and I became a target, a store in a poorest neighbourhood that charged the highest prices in the city, where both customers and employees were treated without respect, I talked to
managers, one said there is nothing she can do about clerks being rude, that she is not their Mom, another defended rude clerk. I was harassed out of my apartment that store owner was an owner where I gotten a subsidized housing, I wrote comments in hopes that owner will read them because I thought his managers were sabotaging his business and a little store near where they overcharged people I wrote to let owner know so they can deal with fraud and let people know so they would check their receipts, ever since this law enforcement has planted false evidence that I am against Canadian businesses and took an opportunity to abuse me at every business I went and every business I called for 4 years in order to prove I am a bad customer that wants to hurt businesses and along came a long list of other nonsense theyve planted false evidence on my phone and everywhere I go till this day along with severe abuse in everyway and severe torture. And all I ever cared were the people in that neighbourhood who noone cared about, hey good news new store opened in that neighbourhood after I wrote to that store and told them that we have only one store in our neighbourhood with extremely high prices and poor old people in that neighbourhood have difficulty going very far to get groceries somewhere else, this store opened a store not very far away, after I left Ottawa, I found out when I came back, also when the very loud engine near federal building garage made non stop extreme noise and effected everyone who lived there and small businesses that were there I wrote to our mayor, after many attempts that was stopped too, I didnt tell anyone who lived there I did that, I lived like that all my life doing little things for people everywhere I went and everywhere I lived to make their lives better without ever thinking telling and bragging about that, thats normal for me to live this way, I saved people lives in my life without ever telling about that because I happened to be somewhere at that same time, I always you know believed in angels. I love people. I wouldnt be myself if I have witnessed what crimes this law enforcements commits and wouldnt write and let everybody know to protect other people lives so these atrocious, the most terrible things would never happen to them. Again controlling my every word here, preventing from seeing what I type, covering up right away and planting false evidence.I wrote old people because they targetted my Mom, I wrote children becaused they abused and abuse my son, I wrote women and disable because I am a woman and I am on disability with Chrohns.
