Laugh before the new post got opened they held it from opening to plant this bipolar evidence.
I opened a newsletter from the Organizing for Action and there was a birthday card to sign for the President, I wanted to sign I was outside and stopped to write it, law enforcement had another idea, they made a tall young black guy sexually assaulted me, when I was trying to sign a card, this guy sqeezed and rubbed against me ( men laugh here now ) then they made teenager girls aggresively stalk me, then there was a lot of nonsense comments, while they were planting non stop false evidence all this time, after i left to sit on the bench to take time to sign the card, I was very upset, what theyve done was simply disgusting. I wrote in a notebook went back to Starbucks wanted to buy a new ( bew fake comment) drink they have, clerk said they dont have apple juice and they add lemonade to it now, I am not buying that, but law enforcement always tell everyone what to say and do even to the food and drinks, they burned my favourite coffee Americano before so I would stop buying and drinking it, bus now arrived loudly

announcement " eleven", apparently number 11 is very important to this law enforcement, they use it to plant false evidence, bus stopped to torture me also with a hot running engine beside me, theyve done that before, stalkers/informants laughed now, k fake typo was planted now, so at Starbucks bold man in blue arrived quickly to order some lemonade near me, i sat at the table, girl teenager arrived and sat very close in front of me in very short shorts, I left the table, stood near the window, stalker sipped her drink before i could sign the card, I went outside woman in a wheelchair loudly said "dumbass", man walked by and pushed me, then this what happened I wrote this memo:

Canadian law enforcement does commit crimes against humanity and severe abuse of human rights. This is what I thought and wrote about them intentionally causing mental disorders in people:
Even here in this post they plant fake typos placing u wherever they want me to remove it to make it look that I am offended ( lots of very loud non exhaust now outside ).
Memo I wrote in the morning:
They create an illusion of mental disorder by causing the false symptoms, without them there are no symptoms, therefor no mental disorder whatsoever.
Thats why they need false evidence. False symptoms and false evidence.Witnesses cooked by letting them see only what they need them to witness thats one, witnesses see the reaction created by them causing the reaction intentionally, without them causing that reaction intentionally knowing ahead which result will happen, there would be no such reaction. Example speech is interrupted after each word by honk, otherwise speech is normal without stumbling ( lots of loud noise started outside ), stumbling is a symptom of the schizofrenia, a fake symptom, torture by loud sounds causes itching ( schizofrenia symptoms) nervousness, they notice what caused it and capitalise on it, repeating and planting also false evidence during, without torture causing nervousness there is no itching, so this cant possibly be schizofrenia, ( in the word schizofrenia u fake typo to be replaced with i), thats another mental disorder brainwashing trick of Canadian law enforcement to convince a person they have a mental disorder, like in my case they continuely suggest that, like here now by bonet, like repeating word "crazy" for 4 years everyday to me, to control person, their self esteem and convince them in whatever they want to convince them. I dont think I am crazy thats for starters. Last late evening someone here yelled extremelly loud and the woman kept repeating you are crazy, thats Barbara to a woman who yelled, they saw I was friendly with Barbara older black woman, now trying to turn me against Barbara by making her say that, that doesnt bother me at all. Fake memory loss evidence, where they create a set up misplacing things making the person believe they forgot. Done to me. Also there is no bipolar disorder, they non stop make very angry demeaning, insulting, torturing all they can then as soon as they done that intentionally create a different
state of mind opposite ( intentionally do all they can to calm down the person) also know and intentionally do and can cause someone feel sorry for themselves and cry, setting up surrounding - example someone stands and stares at me as if sympathising, done many times, as well as by intentionally bringing up things, people they know will make person smile, laugh. Without them doing all this there is no reactions in this order, there are no reactions at all like that in a person without them causing these reactions intentionally, therefor there is no bipolar disorder at all.
Any mental disorders caused by severe depression thats what theyve been trying to cause by stopping me laugh and smile by torture for 4 years! Example interrupting me smile and laugh by causing pain,
by not letting me be in a relaxed peacefull state of mind intentionally as soon as they see i start enjoying anything, they interfere by torture and by making something happen that would stop me from doing anything I enjoy. Thats I think is considered crimes against humanity to cause any person mental disorder intentionally ( some man here at the quiet library started and keeps coughing loudly non stop interupting what i want to write).
Plus what added to the attempt of causing intentionally severe depression also are emotional and mental abuse by making people talk very rude and mean and yell at me, 4 years of this, imagine, shaking of my head violently intentionally to cause brain damage, it made me ill giving concussion symptoms, 4 years of this, torture causing inhumane suffering 4 years of this, assaults, injuries, gasing, burning, freezing, sexual harassment, sexual assaults, sexual abuse. I remember also how in Ottawa there were constant comments about suicide, imagine that, doing all this and setting persons mind to take their own life, imagine if I would get severely depressed and done that and noone would ever know why and what caused THAT! The only reason I still didnt get severely depressed and why they stumbled because I am an optimist and always saw the world and all around me in a positive light, I have always been happy without a reason to be, just always enjoyed life and all I saw in it, you know like they say "the glass which is half full rather than half empty", still do, I love life, what they suceeded is a physical damage causing my physical health to be in a grave condition heart wise, having stroke, heart attack symptoms daily, chronic headache, severe life threatening Chronhs complications.
