Someone hits on the wall in next room when my head was on the wall in exact place where my head was causing head trauma, concussion symptoms, shaking my head and hiting it over the wall in response to being shaken, done several times in this motel, continue shaking me since i have been in this room, thats how physicall assault executed by law enforcement without being recorded on hidden camera planted in the room without a trace, done the same head shake and trauma in cafe not a long time ago, when divided by back at the bench was hit in the head as soon as i sat on it by someone siting at the other cabin table on the bench with the same back, they shook the bench causing head shake hit over the bench. Received shaked/hit head trauma by Canadian law enforcement for 4 years unwitnessed by informants shaking tables, back, seats indirectly causing concussion symptoms and head trauma attempting to cause brain damage and cognitive impairement to plant false evidence and cook witnesses, mental disorder false evidence included, it causes stroke symptoms now done this in Kitchener since i stayed in this room shook me and also hit, in Kitchener continue also tortured by exhaust cars driven together to make louder noise near me when i walk outside, near the room i stay causing heart race non stop, to achieve heart reacting to exhaust attention intentionally brought up to exhaust and heart beat made to be synced with raving exhaust, counted 14 cars in a minute raving exhaust near the room, another time 33, also counted out loud, law enf taperecord and hear what i say so always cover up and always plant false evidence in response

( using numbers system to achieve that, some numbers means true some dont, so they use and manipulate that to plant any evidence they need or dismiss any evidence they need, its always false and untrue, so a big concern)

tortured everyday causing heart failure symptoms this way, heart attack and stroke and spikes of high blood pressure, this is also hidden and in secret torture so noone can suspect people being tortured this way and I can die from the heart failure because they force my heart to race so fast non stop which can cause heart muscle not being able to keep up, force my attention to be brought to exhaust and car raving at all times forcing this way heart rhythm to be synced with whatever car sound theyd produce knowing how it will effect the heart rhythm, causing above and beyond inhumane suffering in secret, killing in secret without a trace by heart failure, heart attack, stroke, this causes atrial fibrilation out of order irregular heart beats abusing the heart muscle, this is also done for 4 years daily together with severe abuse in every other way, all without a trace, on my phone outside, i write memos and emails and save them in my email, by the way my email is americathecountryilove@gmail.com if you have any questions or would like to know more dont hesitate to write to me. I was made very ill at that cafe where they hit me on the head, banned after every spoon i took and laughed to plant bipolar false evidence I reacted to laugh causing me take a gasp after each ban filling the stomach with air causing discomfort, asked about gluten non stop bringing up that rice i ordered have gluten so planted false evidence this way when i ordered rice anyway that i dont look out after my health while made me ill, non stop plant false evidence that i dont care about healthy eating but I do and always did while planting false evidence i dont and sabotage prevent healthy produce vegetables and fruits buying at grocery stores at all times, it also works because it effects my heart in a bad way if i wont eat healthy this way they can make sure my heart can continue to be damaged and i cant recover from heart abuse and damage they cause intentionally daily, my visits to get medical help to see cardyologist were sabotaged at all times, doctors at walking clinics were told not to see me after i was caused extreme high blood pressure by intentionally subjecting me to torture by loud sounds so torture without a trace, stop torture and send witnesses to cover themselves up at all times, prevent me from getting medical help, murder in secret.

PS. I have excruciating heart pain now law enf tortured non stop during writing this, Kitchener law enf causes such a loud exhaust sound its humanely impossible for heart to take on, also after that cafe lunch when they made me very ill I thrown up all night and couldnt stop thought i will die exhaust raved intentionally bring the stomach into a spam and the knot causing food obstruction over and over all day since the lunch and all night until i said out loud that CA law enforcement will go to jail for murdering me, exhaust calmed down, i didnt die i felt i am going to so ill i felt and they sabotaged every time i felt better after throwing up continuely bring by severe exhaust rave stomach back into spasm causing obstruction which they knew can cause stomach to get perforated and they knew i mentioned that that after 6 surgeries I had I cant be operated again and that this can result in death, this is a murder without a trace and its a matter of time for this organisation to execute it in secret under false pretences thats why this abuse in secret continues... They restarted next morning and continue aggresively and violently till this last second that i write. I take my chances that because of how well this organisation hides, what they do to get away with such severe abuses, that it makes it difficult to trace and because of this makes it difficult to believe that thats what they do, so even it can be diffucult to believe I write about this to protect all people of such horrific things done to them in secret, I think when this acting like nazi and a mob corrupted organisation would attempt to do the same terrible things to others those people can read what I wrote here they will believe and know whats done to them, I can not stand abuse of people and want to make sure I will prevent and expose these secret killings and secret inhumane torture that this organisation ( extremelly loud motor rave now near ) manages to get away with by means of covering themselves up and planting false evidence and cooking witnesses. I have witnesses fashism in Canada and I as a human being, as Jewish will not put up with it.
Law enf controling my phone planted a lot of fake typos, jerked and brought page up to get my attention away from what I wrote about their abuses, bringing my email addy up americathecountryilove to turn me like theyve done for 4 years against American government and American Presidents and America, this will not happen, I love America.

I raise awareness to these outrageous things theyve done in order to make a difference in all people lives and protect them from happening to others.

What Canadian Law Enforcement who are pro CONservative has done to me and continue doing

I have been severely physically tortured 4 years everyday by loud sounds which caused inhumane suffering and heart damage, they continue keeping me in heart attack and stroke state daily by doing so, loud sounds cause heart race and blood rush to the head and instant headaches and instant now after 4 years heart attack and stroke symptoms and I have all heart failure symptoms, they continue torture even more during what looks like heart attack episode and stroke episode, which can cause death. I have been physically assaulted, beaten, burned, poisoned with chemical gas and tobacco smoke, frozen, severely emotionally and mentally abused and severely sexually harassed, given concussions, my head been shaken to cause brain damage, they intentionally trying to cause clinical depression by torturing when I smile or laugh or look happy right away, have kept me cognitively impaired by destructing with sounds to keep me under their control at all time, subjected to comments to brainwash me to end my life, continuesly plant false evidence that I am mentally ill and do everything they can to make me mentally ill, abused my son mentally and tortured with loud sounds, isolated me from people intentionally, from my son too, who they want to use to plant a mental label on me, while keeping him completely in the dark about what they have done to me all this time, so he wouldn't know and would cooperate with them, have done all of this while they have planted false evidence and cooked witnesses all this time on my phone and in real life, using people who they don't tell the truth to help them do that.

Fake typos in my posts and on this blog are caused by the bonet by law enforcement, which controls my phone, sorry for the confusion it may cause to read the posts, they do everything they can to prevent me from telling about their crime.Fake typos in my posts appear after I proofread them, my phone is controlled by bonet by law enforcement, these fake typos are a false evidence planted by them against me and to make me sound like I dont make sense and to confuse the reader, I check every word before I save my posts, as well as to make fun of very serious and important things that I write about, to demean importance of things like human rights abuses, crimes against humanity, non violance, making smarter gun laws to save lives and tragedies I mention to send my thoughts and prayers, I will continue writing about all that I care about and all that I think is important as well as their crimes and human rights abuses regardless of their attempt to dismiss them and demean me in my attempt to write about all of that.

Please realize this blog is being used by law enforcement here in Canada who are very pro CONservative to cause harm to American government and American President, by compromising them, they want by compromising me and severely abusing me every way possible to hurt United States of America, they are on a power trip of their lives. They also want to make American President and American government to be responsible for this severe human rights abuse, this blog is used by them to plant false evidence with that goal in mind.
