How Canadian law enforcement kills by torture without a trace.

Canadian law enforcement tortures with loud sounds of difference frequency, they can be sudden or prolong, extremelly loud or heart piercing, these sounds make heart race depending on what Canadian law enforcement wants to achieve - to make it race and pound non stop for a long time or to make it stop racing and beating or to make it race suddenly and stop, anyway, this causes heart attack symptoms and they also cause stroke symptoms because some of the sounds they use make blood rush to the head suddenly which gives stroke symptoms, this is what theyve done to me for 4 years, they continue torture and causing inhumane suffering through heart attack and stroke symptoms which can lead to death, this way they can kill me or anyone without a trace and any accountability and get away with murder without anyone knowing theyve done this. This is how they have attempted to kill me for 4 years now and continue doing this, this happened here last night, they have continue torture with loud sound regardless of me being in severe pain, having a lot of heart pain, vomitting and them causing food obstruction by making my stomach go into spasm over and over knowingly and intentionally. To put a cherry on top of this they want American government to be responsible for their killing and American President whom I supported. They you see covered themselves up, planted 4 years of false evidence on my phone and cooked witnesses, getting rid of real evidence.
