Physical torture causes pain, during my conversation with Mom extremelly loud banning started after we had a good conversation and I have tried to calm her down she was upset, see I had to leave that shelter and go to the one which I was told doesnt charge money but when I arrived stuffer said city charges, they dont, also they dont know how much she said reading from her computer screen, thats usually what happenes, people read from computer what law enforcement want them to tell me, usually lies to see what Ill buy, thats too apparently a schizofrenia symptom. So previous shelter charged 720$ took out of my disability check and also my disability status I was told is different too now and 247$ was deducted more from my check, leaving me around 400$ for my special diet which is 250$ and my bills which are more than what is left deducting my diet money, so i payed my bills out of savings, when shelter and disability took this money directly and deposited 400$ instead of 850$ with special diet I usually receive I was shocked, I met with disability worker, talked to the stuff at the shelter, woman in charge told be upbrutly that they wont return the money, I told her I am not asking you to if thats what you charge but I didnt know that this is how much you will charge me,if I did I wouldnt move in, I thought it would be the amount of the housing disability payes which is 479$, so I stayed till today the last day disability payed for what they called was a room and a board. I have been waiting for subsidised housing, because all other options law enforcement sabotaged, I found many places but they just wont rent to me giving all kind of unreasonable excuses, so now I am being lied about how long it will take to get subsidised housing for a person with emergency status such as homeless which law enforcement forced me to become, first I was told a few months, then 8 months, then 2 years, now 5 years, its whatever I will buy, but it became apparent that not only law enforcement aka authorities want to plant a mental label on me to cover up their crime they make an effort for me not to have my own place in order to keep me they hope may be in a shelter system for a long time, thats being mentioned often, where they can continue to abuse me in hopes that someday they abuse me to the point that they can institutanalise me. But back to the conversation with my Mom, in the previous shelter I was told that the Sheppards of Hope is the only emergency shelter which doesnt charge money, it is where I went today because Ive been told this. I explained to people at the previous shelter that the reason I can not stay at their shelter and pay almost 1000$ for staying because I can not afford it, that it is exactly what I tried to avoid and why I gotten into the shelter, because I have very little money payed for housing and I want to stick to my budget, I explained them it is as if I would rent a 1000$ apartment which I never would allow myself to do and didnt want to and never would, it is not in my budget, because I wouldnt have money to pay my bills and get my special diet, that this is exactly the reason why I came to the shelter because I didnt want to be in such a situation, I want to have money to pay my bills and have my special diet and thats exactly the situation I have tried to avoid and if they would told me how much money it will cost for me to stay at their shelter I wouldnt move in. So understandably I have decided to leave for the only shelter which I was told by stuffers at the Cornestone shelter wont charge. I came here like they asked somewhat around 7 pm only to hear that they charge and when I after insisting gotten answer I was told I will only have if I stay at this shelter 105$ out of all my check which is 479$ for housing if I have housing payed to the housing provider and 850$ basics and special diet, imagine 479$+850$ and I will have out of this amount only 105$. Thats they consistently repeated city of Ottawa takes, they dont charge and consistently tried to go on and in why, I explained that it doesnt matter to me why, that if someone rented apartment for 1000$ i wouldnt ask them why, it wouldnt matter why, the only thing that matters to me is that I can not afford to rent 1000$ apartment, thats all that matters to me, it doesnt matter to me why someone charges 1000$ to rent apartment. So Mom got very upset, because I am in this very difficult situation. I was mislead and lied about this shelter not charging money and the reason is very clear like it was before I left Ottawa where I have lived for over 20 years, its these scammers idea to turn me against our great Mayor, he is someone who cares and loves city but he delt with the extremely loud motor noise coming out of the federal building, police was called and they took care of that, first it didnt work but eventually it stopped, there was extremely loud engine near the Federal building running starting very early till very late, so finally after police monitored this really bad disturbance, it gotten into the reasonable time frame without disturbing any small businesses and seniors and disabled people and very poor who live there, so this kind of action has put our Mayor on the "list". It was a trailer near the federal building underground garage from which the cars were driving making very loud exhaust that law enforcement used to torture me on that little street later when this severe harassment started. The loud noise was coming out if that trailer, it stood right near a hairdressing salon wall and indian restaurant and some aerobics studio facing balconie of the building full of seniors that I saw everyday now couldnt open their windows because of that in summer and I felt very sorry for them, I imagined how disturbing it might be for them in their age, how disturbing it was for small business owners and their customers if it was so very loud and could be hear in our building inside my apartment. I wrote to our Mayor about that and he helped so thats why authorities here want to turn me against him, never going to happen. You know what else our great Mayor did? He actually helped disable people at the public transportation I remember, he made a difference there for disabled. Back to the shelter subject, I can not stay now here, I am staying overnight and leaving tomorrow, I cant afford to stay and I have nowhere to go, Mom was upset, I tried to calm her down, snitches started banning so loudly, cause it causes heart pain and it causes stroke symptoms, blood rushes to the head and headache starts and thats what happened and its annoying lol, so Mom started being even more upset, I got to feel very ill and annoyed with banning, so this way conversation was effected like law enforcement has planned, they have continuesly all these years tried to turn me on Mom too, basically to isolate me from people, they do not want me to talk to any people period, Mom supported me also when they ran me out of money so thats a problem they are trying to solve, so Id be isolated, gravely ill and pennyless. 2:01 am law enforcement has made so many fake typos in this post planting false evidence, it took me 3 hours now to fix them, kept me awake till this time (it is also schizofrenic false evidence, not sleeping at night, it works for them) also they prevent me from seeing all I wrote at the same time and forced to scroll from one side of the post to another, made me scroll away from mentioning of my Mom by stopping the screen when I scroll up to save on the word Mom and ran loud exhaust to be associated with her, someone just coughed here once, means covered up in their book. PA. I called my Mom now to make sure she calmed down and told her to stay positive and to hope for the best, when I hanged up right away scariest loud exhaust raved by the law enforcement. 4:12 am Torturing and not letting me sleep by making my heart race with constant exhaust.
