Went back to Cornestone shelter, told me they had a bed today, torturing all night with extremely loud car exhaust, not letting rest, again giving heart attack symptoms, tortured all evening non stop the same way, lots of the same cars drive together by the window and its repeated over and over, thats how very loud noise achieved while making loud exhaust is not permitted by law I know it was not permitted in Toronto for sure,will need to check about Ottawa should be the same I am guessing, thats how law enforcement achieves this without "breaking" the law, depending on the level of suffering they want to cause thats how many cars drive together and repeat, will video tape and write down car plates numbers, if i will be able to after now writing here about this, I written down car plates numbers when this harassment only started, have those in my old notes, also those who raved when i walked near me. PS. Law enforcement covered up right away, as soon as I've written, in between the exhaust someone came out to the hallway, so its quiet in between and thats how they cook witnesses all the time, to prove they dont torture, to prove they dont do what I say and witness they do. The door to the room I am in is completely open, the windows were open, it can be heard what they do, Ive left it open. I left the door wide open because after I wrote a memo about the sickening typo they have made about my son, where I wrote I will go above to make sure I see them in court, right after informant/roommate came in, she went to bed, then mouse appeared in the room, ran out of the corner with roommates belongings and ran back there and again and again after to ran under my bed, I got so scared, I am very scared of mice, I called the stuff, there is nothing they could do tonight, so I moved everything from the corner near me and let the door wide open so the light is coming through and the mouse cant hide near me in the corner, brrr. I stayed here before, Ive never seen a mouse here before, so that was shocking.
8:03 am tortured by loud non stop banning and slamming inside and continue, seizures started, heart races non stop, heart attack symptoms again, stroke symptoms, blood rushed to the head, bad headache, nausea, lots of real bad heart pain, sadism and fashism, some woman now laughed, loud exhaust outside continued, laughed again after car drove by making exhaust.

This blog is a diary of abuse of the human rights and a crime, it is happening to me, done by law enforcement in Canada, where I and my son live and I have made a decision to speak up about it to stand up for what is right so that these atrocious things have never ever happen to any other human being. It includes daily for 4 years severe torture by loud sounds, emotional and mental abuse of me and my son, physical assaults, head shaking in attempt to cause brain damage, concussions, attempt to plant a mental label which is coupled with efforts to cause clinical depression that will lead to mental illness, severe torture day after day causing stroke symptoms, heart failure symptoms, life threatening damage to my heart, overall health and Crohns complications, severe sexual harassment, sexual abuse and sexual assaults, also lies to mud my name while planting false evidence, cooking witnesses and covering themselves up and intentional attempt to cause mental illness and put a label on me to cover up these dispicable things. I raise awareness to these outrageous things theyve done in order to make a difference in all people lives and protect them from happening to others.

What Canadian Law Enforcement who are pro CONservative has done to me and continue doing

I have been severely physically tortured 4 years everyday by loud sounds which caused inhumane suffering and heart damage, they continue keeping me in heart attack and stroke state daily by doing so, loud sounds cause heart race and blood rush to the head and instant headaches and instant now after 4 years heart attack and stroke symptoms and I have all heart failure symptoms, they continue torture even more during what looks like heart attack episode and stroke episode, which can cause death. I have been physically assaulted, beaten, burned, poisoned with chemical gas and tobacco smoke, frozen, severely emotionally and mentally abused and severely sexually harassed, given concussions, my head been shaken to cause brain damage, they intentionally trying to cause clinical depression by torturing when I smile or laugh or look happy right away, have kept me cognitively impaired by destructing with sounds to keep me under their control at all time, subjected to comments to brainwash me to end my life, continuesly plant false evidence that I am mentally ill and do everything they can to make me mentally ill, abused my son mentally and tortured with loud sounds, isolated me from people intentionally, from my son too, who they want to use to plant a mental label on me, while keeping him completely in the dark about what they have done to me all this time, so he wouldn't know and would cooperate with them, have done all of this while they have planted false evidence and cooked witnesses all this time on my phone and in real life, using people who they don't tell the truth to help them do that.

Fake typos in my posts and on this blog are caused by the bonet by law enforcement, which controls my phone, sorry for the confusion it may cause to read the posts, they do everything they can to prevent me from telling about their crime.Fake typos in my posts appear after I proofread them, my phone is controlled by bonet by law enforcement, these fake typos are a false evidence planted by them against me and to make me sound like I dont make sense and to confuse the reader, I check every word before I save my posts, as well as to make fun of very serious and important things that I write about, to demean importance of things like human rights abuses, crimes against humanity, non violance, making smarter gun laws to save lives and tragedies I mention to send my thoughts and prayers, I will continue writing about all that I care about and all that I think is important as well as their crimes and human rights abuses regardless of their attempt to dismiss them and demean me in my attempt to write about all of that.

Please realize this blog is being used by law enforcement here in Canada who are very pro CONservative to cause harm to American government and American President, by compromising them, they want by compromising me and severely abusing me every way possible to hurt United States of America, they are on a power trip of their lives. They also want to make American President and American government to be responsible for this severe human rights abuse, this blog is used by them to plant false evidence with that goal in mind.
