Law enforcement plants false evidence non stop mentally abuses syncing it with exhaust on the street then switched my keyboard to Russian as if I got upset and started writing in Russian instead of English, they always do this switching my keyboard to Russian when they make attempt to make me angry, this time they switched when i was typing so i clicked on Russian letter, they are so dishonest and so canaving, it is their strength, they abuse mentally and physically and emotionally and sexually violate and harass and noone here stops them, noone know what these legal predators do in secret, it just moved the page and stopped on the hid as in hi dear near the words predators do in secret, i was removing the word hiding so it jerked the page and brought it back, and its constant abuse non stop mental, physical, nazism in action in a demicratic society hidden and covered up with false evidence and cooked witnesses.See their fake typos, last one "demicratic" they now plant non stop bipolar false evidence to make it look i get offended, harassed with any label they could plant on me, one of them because I am tall 5'9 that i am a male just to rub it in also to cause  bipolar, insult with all and everything till achieve the reaction from their victim, they planted it now as if i got insulted, typed it myself and wrote about them because of that, constantly plant bipolar evidence on all i do, when i was leaving Ottawa, on everything I do at the bus station! to make it look i was leaving because i was getting insulted! they hear what I say in my room and react to that, I knew they can hear me thats why I did that, its a fact they tape and hear cause they react and they know i did that cause they hear me, i never talked out loud to noone and they know why i did that and I never would if i didnt know they hear me, they encourage that, thats called interigation but they plant bipolar false evidence regardless cause it works for them, it covers them up and they reinforce that hence torturing right on me smiling or laughing to stop me or encouraging to do the opposite after abusing non stop to make angry they calm me down so effecting the brain and reinforcing bipolr reactions and planting false evidence about that or like wanting to make me into schizofrenic doing everything they can in that regard skeep depriving, speech stumbling, isolating and on and on and reinforcing and llanti g false evidence, these are crimes against humanity, who cause such terrible things on other, why these dishonest and sadistic people have a right to do such things to people?
